PERFORMANCE

Trombia Free is designed to perform in finest PM2.5 dust removal.

Unlike other electric sweepers in the market, Trombia Free has made no compromises with the performance to save battery life.
Trombia Free can deliver autonomously 5 000 - 10 000 m2 of power-cleaned area surface every hour.

INTEGRATION TO SMART INDUSTRY AND CITIES

Trombia Free System includes a Trombia Free Service Station that connects your sweepers to the wider logistics of the city, district, or industrial plant.

Service Station enables emptying on open containers, dumpsters and demountable skips.

POWER REQUIREMENT

Trombia Free uses in regular urban area sweeping only 6 kwH of energy per sweeping hour. This makes Trombia Free a unique electric heavy duty vehicle across all industries.
Trombia Free Compact vehicles are equipped with Lithium-Ion Battery Packs of 34,2 kwh (Single Pack). These battery packs will give you 8,5 hours of non-stop regular urban area sweeping (EN15429-2) or 5 hours of non-stop high power street scrubbing.

NOISE

Trombia Free is designed for the modern life in smart cities. Your sweepers operate nightshifts and they have to be significantly quieter than existing high power street scrubbers. In city application we have measured peak noise levels at 76db while from standard distance Trombia Free's noise level has been measured below 70 db.

OPERATIONS PLATFORM

Trombia Free operations platform is equipped to monitor and observe the functionality and cleaning performance of your Trombia Free fleet.

The Operations Centre gives your operators the ability to remote-monitor, teach and train, plan, schedule and assist tasks that the autonomous sweepers are carrying out in your district.

ALL WEATHER AUTONOMOUS

Trombia Free's autonomous machine vision is based on a lidar-based point cloud system. Our advanced algorithm and localisation capability allows us to operate accurately indoors, outdoors, darkness and light, rain, snow and sunshine.

ENVIRONMENT

Modern high power street cleaning fleets include several heavy equipment vehicles operating slowly along the streets. The diesel-fuel consumption is over 20 l / hour per vehicle. Electric Trombia Free cuts these emissions to zero and the production burden of a Trombia Free vehicle is marginal compared to heavy-duty truck systems. Trombia Free also saves water over 95% compared to existing suction sweeper technologies.
